Prelaunch draft: We process verified contact details, restaurant and staff records, uploaded media, table orders and payment references, account security records, subscription ownership evidence and deletion requests to operate the service. Food payments are recorded separately from store subscriptions; we do not collect card details for those store purchases. Configured email and storage providers process verification messages and private uploads. Apple or Google processes its store purchase; the backend verifies the resulting subscription. Access is restricted by role and restaurant. No advertising or analytics tracking is included. Deletion removes account contacts and owned media only after review and successful processing; necessary financial, subscription and audit records may remain under an approved retention policy. The operator identity, privacy contact, lawful grounds, processing locations, retention deadlines, rights process and transfer safeguards still require approval.
