Confirm your email to request deletion of your account and associated restaurant data. We record a receipt for review; this does not immediately erase data. You can cancel a pending request here or in the app. Security and legally required records may need limited retention under the final policy. Future store subscriptions must also be cancelled in the relevant app store. Processing times and the retention policy must be approved before launch.

Deleting your IdeaSofra account does not cancel store renewals. Manage or cancel in the original App Store or Google Play account before deletion. Processing and required retention are reviewed separately.
